Processing orders
We will process product orders placed by customers who follow the special link containing your code (as an affiliate) on the site. The site also reserves the right to reject orders that violate the terms and conditions of marketing with the commission system mentioned on this page. The site's work audits and processes all requests, after which a balance is added to the affiliate marketer's account upon ensuring that the request is in a proper manner and complies with the site's terms and conditions for affiliate marketing.
The commission offered to the affiliate marketer
We will pay a commission to marketers for orders made legitimately in accordance with the terms and conditions of the herboristksa store at a rate of 10% on the total value of the order less the added value and a 10% discount (or a total of 20%) when:
(1) The customer visits the link containing your code (as an affiliate marketer).
(2) The order is successfully delivered to the customer.
(3) Ensure that the customer does not return the product/s within 14 days.
Payment of fees to marketers
We will pay marketers for eligible orders that were made legally at the beginning of each month for the month preceding it, noting that the minimum payment is when the marketer’s balance reaches 100 riyals.
Policy and prices
Customers who purchase products through this Program are our customers with respect to all activities they undertake in connection with the Herborist Site. Accordingly, all prices, terms of sale, rules, policies and operating procedures relating to customer orders, customer service and product sales set forth at a different site will apply to such customers, and we may change them at any time.
Changes in policy
These terms and conditions are subject to amendment and change at any time in the future and will take effect immediately upon their publication on the site. Accordingly, you agree to all changes that will be made in the future.

1- You may not use the name herboristksa.com or any of its variants in pop-up ad windows at the top and at the back, as the name of your advertisement to retarget campaigns, in push notification application ads, or through false or misleading messages.
2- You may not use methods such as cookie stuffing.
3- You may not promote herboristksa.com in any sexually explicit material, violent material, defamatory material, or any slander or illegal activity.
4- Various parties may change this policy and its provisions without any prior notice.
